I Love To Exercise
One thing I love about exercise is that there are many different types. For example, aerobic exercise focuses on continues movements with large muscle groups such as your legs for about 20 minutes. Walking, swimming, cycling, and jogging are all forms of aerobic exercise. Another exercise is anaerobic exercise, it increases the force your muscle contractions can generate, and increase your strength, speed, or power output. There are a few other types of exercise, but when it comes to being fit exercise is not the only thing you have to focus on. You also have to eat right and stay committed, if your willing to put in the work it will definitely pay off. I would have to say that I've struggled with that in the past, but I'm doing a lot better now. I enjoy anaerobic exercise, I like increasing my strength and having full control over my body. It's awesome.
